Sumo Club Card - Terms & Conditions

  • • SUMO Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card program membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of SUMO International Inc.
  • • SUMO Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card program is applicable only at participating SUMO Sushi & Bento outlets across UAE and Bahrain respectively.
  • • The list of participating restaurants is subject to change at any time.
  • • SUMO Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card members will earn and redeem rewards in the issuing country only, UAE and Bahrain respectively.
  • • Registration is required to become a SUMO Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card member. All benefits are available for redemption once registered.
  • • Registering for the SUMO Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card program means the member has opted and accepted the terms and conditions of the SUMO Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club program.
  • • All details shared by a SUMO Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card member during registration will remain confidential.
  • • To redeem reward points, a member must be a registered member and meet all of the conditions described in the Terms & Conditions.
  • • All rewards earned will be rounded off to two decimal points.
  • • All communications will be sent via the registered email. All communication will be deemed to have been received by the member and SUMO Sushi & Bento will bear no responsibility for communication not received or lost in the network or any other means.
  • • The member can check the balance rewards earned by visiting our restaurant, website or through SUMO Sushi & Bento Facebook account.
  • • SUMO Sushi & Bento reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, conditions, privileges, benefits, rewards or reward levels pertaining to the program at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice and such changes may also affect the value of rewards or rewards already accumulated which none of the members can object/dispute.
  • • SUMO International Inc. does not take responsibility for lost cards. In case of a lost card, it is the responsibility of the Loyalty Club member / card holder to notify SUMO in person at a local SUMO restaurant or in writing at: info@sumosushibento.com.
  • • SUMO International Inc. is not liable for any monetary refunds. Transfers of card content from one card to another will be at the sole discretion of SUMO International Inc.
  • • SUMO International Inc. reserves the right to discontinue membership to any SUMO Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card member who appears to be using the program in a manner inconsistent with the Terms & Conditions. SUMO International Inc. also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any member who acts in a manner inconsistent with local or state laws, statutes or ordinances or any act or commission prejudicial to SUMO International Inc., its employees, customers, goodwill, etc.
  • • Discontinued membership will result in the loss of all accumulated rewards and the cancellation of all rewards, benefits and privileges, if any.
  • • Each Club Card member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable of the program Terms and Conditions and any modifications/amendments thereof and about the number of rewards earned in his or her account. SUMO International Inc. will attempt to send correspondence to active members to advise them of matters of interest, including notification of program changes.
  • • A member's rewards will be credited to the member's account approximately 24 hours from the time of purchase from the participating outlets.
  • • Rewards / cash are valid as long as the card is valid. Rewards / Cash on the card will expire/ be forfeited after 366 days of last transaction. Last transaction is considered as any transaction (card swiped at the EDC terminal at the participating SUMO Sushi & Bento restaurant or third party distribution channel for activation, accumulation or redemption) on the card.
  • • SUMO International Inc. will offer a grace period of 30 days wherein the customer can transfer the accumulated rewards/ cash of an expired card onto a new card. No member shall have the right to put any claim against expired/forfeited rewards /cash on the card after the end of the grace period.
  • • SUMO International Inc. has the right to refuse rewards redemption under this program at any time.
  • • The program might provide references to other sites which do not have ownership. Any links to other sites are provided as merely a convenience to the user of this program.
  • • SUMO Sushi & Bento utilizes services of Facebook for purpose of registration and communication. All communications are for the purpose of convenience to the club members, Facebook is not affiliated in any way. All communications are as per the terms and conditions administered by Facebook.
  • • The trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress and products in this page are protected. No use of any of these may be made without the prior, written authorization of SUMO International Inc., except to identify the products or services of the company.
  • • SUMO International Inc. will be responsible for the content and information being communicated to the Club Members. SUMO International Inc. will provide full, correct and accurate information of the program as to enable the customer to make an informed decision.
  • • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of UAE and Bahrain respectively and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in UAE and Bahrain respectively.
  • • Any dispute during the validity of this promotion, or after its expiration pertaining to Loyalty Club Card by any of the member shall be settled through conciliation. If the conciliation fails in that event the matter shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator to be appointed by SUMO Sushi & Bento; the place of Arbitration shall be Dubai. Arbitration will be governed by Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
