    Club Card offers various benefits, including but not limited to:
    15 percent rewards on every purchase in the restaurant.

  • • How do I earn rewards on my Sumo Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card?
    15 percent of every purchase will be credited back to your Club Card to be used at a later visit. To earn rewards, please present your Loyalty Club Card at our restaurant during every visit.
  • • How to redeem my earned rewards at the restaurant?
    Your Loyalty Club Card should be presented to the cashier for redeeming your earned rewards. *Please note – You must register your Card in order to redeem your rewards.
  • • How do I register my Sumo Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card?
    There are two ways to register:
    1. Sumo Sushi & Bento website: Card can be registered on our website, www.sumosushibento.com. Go to Loyalty Club Card section and choose “register”. You will receive a welcome email that confirms your registration.
    2. Facebook Account: Card can be registered at, www.facebook.com/sumosushibento, Go to Loyalty Club Card section, share your details with us for registration. You will receive a welcome email upon confirmation of your registration.
  • • Why do I have to register my Sumo Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card?
    All Sumo Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card rewards are available after registration is completed. Registration helps to secure the value of the Card in case of loss, theft or damage. This will also help us update you on our ongoing promotions and offers at Sumo Sushi & Bento.
  • • Can I redeem my rewards instantly?
    No. Rewards on your registered card is are available for within 24 hours.
  • • How do I pay using Sumo Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card?
    Your activated Card may be presented in full or part to pay for your purchase at our restaurant. Any remaining balance will be shown on your receipt and may be used against future purchases.
  • • What if my purchase is more than the value on my Sumo Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card?
    For purchases greater than the remaining Card balance, you can make payment by cash, credit Card or debit Card.
  • • I am not carrying my Sumo Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card. Can I earn/redeem rewards for my purchase?
    Yes. You may give your server your phone number.
  • • Can I use the Sumo Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card in a different country?
    No. Cards can be used only in the issuing country. Cards issued in UAE will earn and redeem rewards in UAE, Cards issued in Bahrain will earn and redeem rewards only in Bahrain.
  • • How to check the balance/expiration date on my Sumo Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card:
    You can check your Card balance and expiration date at any of our Sumo Sushi & Bento restaurants. You can also visit our website, www.sumosushibento.com or Facebook account at www.facebook.com/sumosushibento. Log into your account and all information is accessible.
  • • What is the validity of the Sumo Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card? Does it have an expiration date?
    This Card will expire after 12 months of non-use from your last transaction day. Two (2) reminder emails will be sent before expiration of the Card. First will be 30 days before expiration and the other will be seven (7) days before expiration.
  • • What happens when the Sumo Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card expires?
    The Card will expire after 12 months of non-use from your last transaction day. However, the value on your Card will be secure until 30 days post expiration, which can be transferred to a new Loyalty Club Card upon request. To protect the Card from expiring, ensure that your Loyalty Club Card is used at least once in a year.
  • • How do I report a lost Sumo Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card?
    Contact the nearest Sumo Sushi & Bento restaurant, so the balance on the Card can be secure. If your Card is registered then the balance is transferrable upon verification and a new Card will be given. You can also email us at info@sumosushibento.com.
  • • What do I do if my Sumo Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card is damaged?
    If your Card is found to be damaged, the cashier at the restaurant will assist in replacing the Card. A new Card will be issued and the previous balance will be transferred.
  • • Can a customer get a cash refund on the Sumo Sushi & Bento Loyalty Club Card?
    No. There are no monetary refunds on a Loyalty Club Card.
