What is the Sushi Pass?

The Sushi Pass is an exclusive offer available for purchase, Pass holders will be able to treat themselves to one FREE roll every day from June 19th 2019 to July 31st 2019.

How does it work?
Every day from June 19th 2019 to July 31st 2019, one Free Sushi coupon will be added to your Sumo Sushi & Bento mobile app account. To redeem, you simply show the coupon on our Sumo Sushi & Bento mobile app account to your waiter/cashier or if ordering delivery thru the app, redeem the coupon as you would a reward.

How do I purchase the pass?

Step 1: Read the T&Cs
Step 2: Go to your Sumo App to purchase your sushi pass!
Step 3: Add the Sushi Pass to your cart. To purchase the Sushi Pass, do not add on any other items to your cart, must purchase the pass as an individual item.
Step 4: Place your Sushi Pass order as a Pick Up.
Step 5: Ensure your mobile app number is current on your profile.
Step 6: Purchase your Sushi Pass with a credit or debit card, you will receive a confirmation via email or as a app notification of your purchase.
Step 7: Stay calm and get your free sushi starting tomorrow!

AED 100 spent = 3 entries

  • What Sushi Dishes are included with a Sushi Pass?
    All signature rolls, sushi rolls part of our sushi menu section, and sushi rolls from our veggie menu are included.

  • What’s not included with a Sushi Pass?
    Temakizushi, nigiri, sashimi, sushi bentos, add-ons and customizations to the rolls are not included with the Sushi Pass.

  • Do my sushi coupons expire?
    Yes. A new coupon for one sushi roll of your choice will be automatically loaded into the pass holder’s Sumo Sushi & Bento mobile app account every morning before our restaurants open from June 19th 2019 to July 31st 2019, and is valid for that entire business day. Unused value for any given day does not accrue.

  • How much does the Sushi Pass cost during the sale?
    Just AED 599!

  • Is tax applicable?
    Sales tax does not apply to the online Sushi Pass purchase. Sales tax will apply any remaining balance (non-qualifying purchases such as add-ons, customization, entrees, sides, desserts, beverages, etc.).

  • Am I able to get a refund on the Sushi Pass?
    No. All sales are final. The Sushi pass is not a gift card. It is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • How do I use the Sushi Pass?
    Every day from June 19th 2019 to July 31st 2019, a coupon for a roll of your choice will be added to your Sumo Sushi & Bento mobile app account. To redeem, you simply show the coupon on our Sumo Sushi & Bento mobile app account to your waiter/cashier or if ordering delivery thru the app, redeem the coupon under exclusive awards.

  • What if I’m already part of the Sumo Sushi & Bento rewards program? Will I get points for the Sushi Pass?
    Points are earned on the initial purchase of the Sushi Pass, you will also earn points with every purchase you make with the Sushi Pass for the total PAID value ONLY.

  • Can I use other coupons/offers with the Sushi Pass?
    No, the Sushi Pass cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

  • Can I share the Sushi Pass with a friend or family member?
    The Sushi Pass is intended for use by only the purchaser.

  • Can I order online and use a Sushi Pass?
    The Sushi Pass is redeemable for in-store ordering at participating Sumo Sushi & Bento for dine-in and take away. It is also available for mobile ordering on the Sumo Sushi & Bento App ONLY.

  • Is there an age restriction for purchase of the Sushi Pass?
    Guests must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Sushi Pass.

  • Do I need to show an ID to use the Sushi Pass?
    We reserve the right to ask for identification when redeeming the Sushi Pass.

  • Can I use the pass at any Sumo Sushi & Bento locations?

    The Sushi Pass is valid only at select locations.

  • Sushi Pass valid from June 19th 2019 to July 31st 2019, at participating locations.
  • Valid for Dine in, Delivery & Takeaway
  • Individual coupons issued daily via the Sumo Sushi & Bento app. Coupons are only valid for the day they are issued.
  • All sales are final. The Sushi Pass is not a gift card. It is non-refundable and nontransferable.
  • Sushi Pass is valid for All signature rolls, sushi rolls part of Sumo Sushi & Bento sushi menu section, and sushi rolls from the veggie menu ONLY. Sushi Rolls in bentos, platters and kid's meal are not applicable for redemption or substitution with Sushi Pass.
  • Add-ons and customizations are not included. Must pay additional cost for any substitutions and/or customizations.
  • Temakizushi, nigiri, sashimi, sushi bentos, add-ons and customizations to the rolls are not included with the Sushi Pass.
  • Sales tax does not apply to the online Sushi Pass purchase. Sales tax will apply to any remaining balance (non-qualifying purchases such as add-ons, customization, entrees, sides, desserts, beverages, etc.).
  • To redeem Sushi Pass via delivery, pass holder must make a purchase with a minimum order of 49AED. Sushi Pass cannot be redeemed via delivery without additional purchase.
  • Points are earned on the initial purchase of the Sushi Pass. Points can be earned with every purchase you make with the Sushi Pass for the total PAID value ONLY.
  • Sushi Pass cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
