Safety_Measures_SM
In addition to Sumo Sushi & Bento's existing safety measures & hygiene policies, we have implemented the following immediately:
  • Before employees start duty, our managers are ensuring that they are not showing any signs of sickness
  • Sanitation of all touch and work surfaces every hour or as needed
  • Any objects (such as menus, bill jackets, door handles) are being sanitized after every use and/or 15mins as needed
  • We have installed additional sanitizer dispensers for customers' & staff use
  • Practice of hand sanitation is done every 15mins or after every activity
  • We have removed all table displays, centerpiece (with condiments, toothpicks, wet wipes), chopstick holders, placemats, to avoid contamination. Will be served upon request and sanitized between use
